Carnival 2025 – February 13th to 17th

While the world dresses up and fills itself with noise, we invite you to experience these Carnival days in a different way:
in silence, breathing, practicing yoga, and looking within.

We begin on February 13th, and on the 14th, Valentine’s Day, we will celebrate the most important love of all: the love you have for yourself.

This retreat is a mother–daughter project, a deeply healing space guided by Silke and Vivi, where the wisdom and tenderness of two generations come together in service of well-being, awareness, and inner transformation.

It will be 5 days and 4 nights of practice, rest, and connection in the heart of nature:

Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Style
Rebirthing Breathwork
Water Breathwork
Silence and optional fasting day
Bonfire
Chanting
Conscious plant-based meals
Nature walks

Suitable for beginners; no previous experience in yoga or breathwork required.

This Carnival, instead of dressing up… let go of everything you no longer need.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel, your deposit can be refunded up to one and a half months before the retreat.
After this period, to recover the amount paid, your spot must be filled by another person.
